 Motivation has a wide-reaching impact on both individual and organization performance and outcomes. This series on motivation works with both leaders and their employees. Helping to identify root causes of decreased motivation as well as identifying ways to increase and sustain motivation in the workplace.

In this age of texting and posting, the art of communicating and connecting in the workplace is vital. This program instructs participants on the importance of vertical and lateral communication as well as learn how to build professional relationships through face-to-face, written, and non-verbal communication. 

 This workshop is for colleges and universities that have a desire to bolster their Office of Student Affairs or Student Services. This program discusses common hindrances to an effective student affairs team as well as identifying barriers that may be deterring strong relationships between faculty, staff, and students.
