Dr. Marvin Scott is a transformational Motivational Speaker, Financial Counselor, and Author. He guides individuals and groups through the use of the three foundational principals of Consulting, Coaching and Collaboration. Dr. Scott uses an innovative and deliberate approach that enables entrepreneurs and corporations to broaden their thinking, while infusing growth strategies to establish business structures that are profitable and sustainable. This, along with agape love, allows him to move individuals and businesses forward progressively and in a positive way.
With more than 25 years of experience in providing leadership in the healthcare industry and more than 20 years of proven leadership experience in academia, Dr. Scott is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of LM3 Solutions. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he uses an innovative and deliberate approach that enables entrepreneurs and corporations to broaden their thinking while infusing growth strategies to establish business structures that are profitable and sustainable. Over the years Dr. Scott has worked with individuals as well as companies in Emergency Management, Construction, cosmetology, and entertainment just to name a few.

Dr. Scott is a certified speaker, coach, trainer, and credit counselor. He has 25 years of experience providing leadership in the healthcare industry and more than 20 years of proven leadership experience in academia, a testament to his abilities that will instill confidence in you.
Dr. Scott's career is a unique blend of roles and experiences. Before his current position at LM3 Solutions, he served as the Assistant Dean for Student Services at Florida A&M University. His diverse journey includes service as a United States Marine and Operation Desert Storm veteran and as a Pastor and Head Clergyman of Grace and Truth Restoration Ministries, Inc. His books, “Bible Fundamentals – Establishing a Firm Foundation,” "Internal Investigation - A Journey Into Your Soul," and “Financial Management Series – Occupy Till He Comes.”
Dr. Scott graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy as well as a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
